Since its implementation in WebHelp’s system, they have already quarantined more than 100,000 potentially harmful emails in the period of just a few months. Through IRONSCALES’ AI and machine learning, WebHelp estimates that they have saved at least 450 analytical hours. Having IRONSCALES’ solution eliminated the need for end-users to have advanced IT skills to protect themselves from harmful email attacks. Now, automatically or with just a few clicks they can feel sure in the knowledge that their emails are safe, affording them the time to work on more productive initiatives.
Moving forward, IRONSCALES also offers training and simulation software to better-educated users about email phishing attacks. Through gamified training, employees are continually learning, helping to ensure that their daily email routine continues to remain safe.
Having a working self-learning mechanism within the company turned the end-users into an assisting factor within the company’s security. The greatest thing is that this is not the end.
